COP 28: ” The Moroni declaration will be an action plan on how Africa can deliver on the blue economy ” Jean-Paul Adam- ECA
Since Monday 12th to june 14th , Comoros hosts a high level ministerial meeting in Moroni, Ngazidja on blue economy. Jean- Paul Adam, Director For Technology, Climate Change and Natural Resources Management in the United Nations Economic Commission For Africa ( UNECA), and former minister of finance from Seychelles is in the Comoros, as one of the partners of this conference. UNECA is indeed part of the organization of the event. Jean- Paul Adam parallels the initiative of the Great Green Wall and gave his thoughts and outcome of the discussions so far to Houmi Ahamed-Mikidache on the podcast ‘ Your Voice”, the voice of the experts, on radio Era Environnement.
