The Fourth Conference on Climate Change and Development in Africa (CCDA-IV) will be held in Marrakech, Morocco from 8th to 10th October. » Africa can feed Africa now: » translating climate knowledge into action” is the theme of the conference. Policy makers, scientists and practitioners are expected to attend this event. They will explore the role of climate data, information and knowledge for agriculture production. But they will also address crucial issues as water ressources management, food security, renewable energy . This conference will be an opportunity to also look at climate finance options for agricultural development and it will bring informations regarding the innovation and technology to enhance agricultural transformation in a changing climate. CCDA is a tripartite collaborative conference with the African Union Commission (AUC), the African Development Bank (AfDB) and the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA). It is part of the Climate for Development in Africa (ClimDev-Africa) programme. The African Climate Policy Centre (ACPC) will coordinated this fourth Conference on Climate Change and Development.
