Foodwatch will file a complaint for deception

Foodwatch, the consumer advocacy organization, will file a complaint against major mineral water brands. In a statement received by Era Environnement, the NGO informs that these nationally and internationally recognized brands would have used water filtration systems, including coal filters or UV filters. Recalling information published in the newspaper Le Monde and the investigative unit of Radio France, the consumer association will file a complaint for deception and violations of the consumer and public health codes characterized. ” We are asking public authorities, which are supposed to protect consumers, to explain how they have allowed this to happen,” says Ingrid Kragl, Chief Information Officer of foodwatch. The organisation calls on consumers to sign a petition for more transparency and sanctions;
